Terms of Service

Last updated: October 8, 2026

Terms for our website, Flagship Pro collector tools, membership services and transactions arranged with Flagship Collectibles.

1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms govern use of the Flagship Collectibles website and Flagship Pro, including accounts, collector tools and inquiries. By using the services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services. Nothing here replaces rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

A separately accepted consignment or purchase agreement, or a marketplace's transaction terms, governs the relevant sale. Specific accepted transaction terms control over conflicting general Terms for that transaction.

2. Eligibility and account security

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if higher, to create an account, purchase membership or enter a selling agreement. Provide accurate information and use an account you are authorized to control. Protect your login and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

All membership tiers require an account. New members begin on Free. Paid benefits depend on the active plan and published allowances. Do not share access to bypass limits. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

3. Subscriptions, billing and plan changes

The pricing page and checkout disclose plan benefits, billing frequency, price and any applicable tax before purchase. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the disclosed interval unless canceled. By completing checkout, you authorize Stripe to process the recurring charges you approve. Paid access activates after successful payment.

Cancel through the available billing controls before renewal to prevent the next subscription charge. Cancellation preserves paid access until the end of the paid period; the account then returns to applicable Free benefits. Signing out, deleting a Vault entry or stopping use does not cancel billing.

Upgrades take effect immediately with proration. Downgrades take effect at renewal. Review the displayed plan change and charges before confirmation. Scan allowances follow the published plan and billing period; they are not cash and cannot be transferred. Payment failures may interrupt paid access.

Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund. Contact us about erroneous charges or refund requests; we assess them individually and honor applicable legal rights. We do not promise a specific refund window. Pricing changes will be communicated before a future renewal with an opportunity to cancel.

4. Card analysis, prices and ROI

The scanner estimates identity, centering and condition from images, automated analysis and manual adjustments. Lighting, image quality, sleeves, rotation and guide placement can affect results. Verify the identified card and measurements before relying on them. A pre-grade is not authentication, a professional grading certificate or a guaranteed grade.

Price-guide values, graded comparisons, third-party records and gem rates may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate or unavailable. Price-guide values are not guaranteed sale prices and may not reflect a specific card's condition or recent completed sales. ROI depends on assumptions about prices, grading probability and expenses; actual outcomes may differ materially.

The tools are not investment, financial, tax or legal advice. Make independent decisions and consult qualified professionals where appropriate. We do not guarantee profits, liquidity or a successful grading submission.

5. Digital Vault and user content

The Vault is an account-linked collection record, not physical custody, insurance, a certified appraisal or a commitment to buy your property. Keep accurate records and your own copies of important collection information.

You retain ownership of photos and descriptions you submit. You grant us limited permission to process, store, display and transmit them as needed to provide the services and respond to requests. Submit only content you own or are authorized to use. Do not include another person's private information without a lawful basis or submit unlawful, infringing, malicious or misleading content.

6. Assessments, buyouts and consignment

An inquiry does not obligate either party to buy, sell or consign property. Initial estimates may change after inspection, authentication or agreement on scope. Free collection assessments are not formal tax or insurance valuations.

You must own the items or have legal authority to sell them. Buyout price, payment, collection arrangements and transfer of ownership must be agreed before completion. Consignment requires separate written acceptance and item-specific terms. Commission varies by item and is capped at 30%; separately payable expenses must be disclosed and approved.

7. Marketplace purchases and external services

Purchases completed on eBay, Whatnot or another linked marketplace follow that marketplace's payment, shipping, return and buyer-protection terms and the specific listing. Inventory may change, sell or become unavailable before checkout. Third-party services control their own content, availability and practices.

8. Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not attempt unauthorized access, circumvent plan quotas, disrupt services, upload malware, impersonate others or use automation that interferes with the site. Security testing requires authorization. We may remove violating content or restrict access where reasonably necessary for safety or legal compliance.

Our branding, original service content and site design belong to Flagship Collectibles or its licensors. Use them only for the site's intended purposes; do not imply endorsement or claim them as your own. Third-party names, card imagery and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Privacy and service communications

The Privacy Policy explains account, inquiry, collection and usage information handling. We may send necessary inquiry, security, billing and service-change messages. A service inquiry does not provide blanket permission for unrelated marketing. Contact us with communication preferences.

10. Availability and account closure

Maintenance, security issues and external outages can temporarily affect tools or data. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, fraud or security risks, with notice and an opportunity to resolve issues where reasonable.

You may stop using the services and request closure. Cancel active subscriptions separately and retain copies of collection records. Data deletion and legally necessary retention are handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site and analytical outputs are provided as available without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or guaranteed financial outcome. This does not exclude express commitments in an accepted transaction agreement or mandatory consumer warranties.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or speculative losses, including anticipated profits, missed sales or market-value changes resulting from reliance on estimates. No provision excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Responsibility for unlawful actions or submitted content is determined under applicable law, not an automatic penalty.

12. Disputes and general provisions

Contact us first with relevant account or transaction details and a proposed resolution so we can try to resolve concerns in good faith. Maryland law governs these Terms except where mandatory law in your jurisdiction applies. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive non-waivable consumer rights.

Revisions are posted with an updated date and appropriate notice of material changes. A revision does not retroactively change completed transactions or a separately accepted agreement without consent or a legal basis. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce once does not waive future enforcement.
